New Member Ed materials online?

Do any other groups have their New Member Education materials online and available for everyone to see?

Kappa Delta's NME program has been totally revised, and the new version of The Norman Shield (our NME manual) is published in full on our national website. I was able to read through it and was quite impressed, it's a lot different than our old manual.

I've visited a lot fo the other sites, and don't recall see anywhere else publish this online.

Who's Norman?

Isn't the Sigma Chi NM manual called the Norman Shield too?

Yep, Sigma Chi's is called the Norman Shield too. I actually don't know exactly why... i've heard different theories but i'm not sure if I've ever heard the absolute truth.

We affectionately call him "Norm". As in "oh, i left Norm in my room!"

The Sigma Nu LEAD program has been adopted in some form or another by many other GLO's. It was the first program built to educate members in each of their 4 years at school. It can be found at:

Hmm...Ive never heard of that. I think it is a great idea though. I will have to check some of them out and make a recommendation to my HQ!!

Is it in the members only section, or can anyone read it?

As for our program it should be all there. We even sometimes have sororities over for certain modules. Makes for good mixers and good times.
