something to inspire my sisters

to my blue-tiful soRHOrs,
as we start our new sorority year and particularly as we undergraduates head back to our respective campuses, i think we all need to get(and stay!) extra excited in our endeavors to not only be the best woman that GOD would have us to be, but also in our pursuit to advance and represent the torch of our wonderful organization! we have been the best kept secret for too long, soRHOrs... we need to let our light shine, shine, shine so that everyone will see the noble women that we strive to be and the greater whole that we represent. i ask that we "catch" on fire and burn continuously, i ask that we call on our courage to stand for sisterhood, service, and scholarship in the face of those who would detract from our pursuits and causes, we will stand tall even if that means standing as a select few, and i ask that we would all, in little ways, more fully become the woman that would most attract US to SIGMA GAMMA RHO. what we have is beautiful, sorors... we need to repRHOsent to the fullest... THIS IS OUR TIME, sorors... we, as an organization, are about great things and i have faith that we can take our sorority to that next level. all my blue and gold love is coming out now, but we have to keep ourselves inspired and remember that we can not only make a difference in the life of our organization, but we can make a difference in the life of some worthy young woman only by exemplifying what the RHOyal blue and gold is all about... and lead her to the light that is called aurora. i can just feel it in my spirit, sorors, on campuses everywhere--- this moment is OURS if we only claim it.
