sororities
If I was a member of a PHC sorority for a semester, but I with good reason, voluntarily had my membership terminated... can I still become a member of a NPHC sorority? I've been told by several people that it is possible, but I just wanted to be certain.

Just took care of the duplicate posts. Joining a different conference/council will be determined by the chapter with which you seek membership.
