Hey brothers...seeing as how the semester is about to begin and I hopefully will be taking a second little brother I just wanted to know what 1 Lambda Chi Alpha fact you'd like to see every AM know. We do a meet the brothers night where new guys learn all kinds of facts and I'm looking for some good ones. Thanks bros...

Thanks Matt! Hope your recruitment goes well along wiht all of the other Zetas!

One thing that we do as LX Z is on Founders Day is have an Initiation of a New Associate, the honor Associate.

I Was asked by Brother Hren, BN Z Fl. Tech what we did and I told him!

So for their 30 th Founders Day, they decided to do the same! They found one of the Founders of the Local who had not been Initiated into the Bonds of LXA. With intrepidation, not knowing if he would be interested he was JOYFUL at the chance!
They are trying to find the other 2 who were in the same situation as had graduated before the Local became a Chapteer Of LXA!

I have been invited down and Will Be There!

By doing this at Founders Day Weekend, More Alums may come back and when they see the Ritual, they become once again Brothers Stronger in Heart!

It may not work for all but I do not know why not! If you dont do it, try it, it may help you in getting more Alums back into the fold!

Matt, it is the week end of the Oct 11!

Gawd I am looking forwared to it! I gave him the idea and he took it from there!

Jono Hren is BN 41 and on his urging forThe Founders Day For The 30 th it is important!

They have found a member of the Local that was not Initiatied for LXA but will bre NOW! Looking for 2 more! What a hoot! We do Ritual at Founders Day Every Year, Jono thought is great so presented and they at BN thought Great also!

i have seen the Iteenierary, you have to come, wow it is something! Have you got my E-M? let me know yea or nay!

Hopefully we can talk about the Chapter Functions and we can give you some Ideas!

Hi Matt,

Don't know what the #1 Fact would be, but I have a little story.

Once upon a time (okay it was last week) a brother named Scotty found himself in Oregon on business and hooked up with another brother named Dave. They went out to dinner at an all-you-can-eat place.

Two college guys were seated at the next table, discussing fraternities. While Dave was refilling his plate, Scotty joined their conversation and found they were thinking about joining TKE.

"You know that guy I'm having dinner with? He's my one and only Lambda Chi little brother, and this is the first time we've been able to get together in 28 years".

The college guys were like, "Whoa Dude, really??? That is so totally awesome!"

The four of them talked for the rest of the night.

It's not really important which fraternity those guys eventually join, but I'll bet they do end up joining one. The important point is the recognition that fraternity lasts alot longer than a couple years in college.

To wit: Tom Earp, Jeff Bliss, and I will be looking for you Oct. 11 in Melbourne. Bring a carload. I'll even buy the hotel room for ya. And that's a fact.

That's an awesome story. I've actually gotten my gfs little brother to accept the bid we gave him this summer. But about the 11th...I will bring guys if that is cool with you...can you give me their phi's contact info so I can let him know about us...Even if there is a game I'll be there and drive back at night if neccisary...thanks...

Another side bar, Jon and I were talking and ask about how U. Wyoming got started! Met a Brother from there at regional in KC and je might be in Fl for BN 30 th! Am looking forward to seeing Al again!
