My School has had greek life on campus for 10 years, and we have no place of our own. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to get a lodge on our campus. We just want something useful, not to live in, but for meetings and to hold all of our property. Any ideas? Thanks. also, how can we get the School to be cool with the idea.

Some universities have rules against fraternities/sororities owning property. Some HQ's have certain rules on how they should be taken care of.

You need to check into that first.

Start small is the best thing to do.

Maybe a rent-house to start with.
