Grand Chapter Packet
I just recieved the email about grand chapter and the packet with all the new proposals in it... Glancing over it is very encouraging though!
Especially the thing that cuts down the time it takes for a colony to go through the voting process with chapters (it's in statutes I think).
Used to take 120 days and under the new system it's like 60.
When my colony submitted our petition and had to basically sit on our hands for 120 days it wasn't very fun as you might imagine... It's a good change since information doesn't travel by pony express anymore.
