I just wanted to say hello to everyone here on GC. I've been checking it out for a couple of days, but decided to register today. Everyone here has such good, helpful info, it's definitely helping my decisions on rushing this year

GC is a great place to be! I have found so many supportive people on here, and has really helped me to gain a good knowlege of greek life and rush processes before going into rush. Have fun posting, and good luck with rush! Make sure to make your own thread for your stories when the time comes!

P.S. GC can become quite addictive... not like it's a bad thing!

Welcome to Greek Chat, Excelsior301! I'm rushing this fall, too, and I hope that you found GC as helpful as I did. The people on here are so nice!

As Thiel said, GC is addicting, I check the boards like a hundred times a day.

And that'd be so cool if you did a thread when you rush, I love reading them, and I plan to start my own when I go through recruitment later this month.

Hey Excelsior301!

As everybody has said GC can get pretty addicting. When I'm not in class, work, studying or hanging out with my sisters or friends I usually am on the internet and GC is one of my major stops along with my email. I love this place and love chatting with other greeks. I want to wish you good luck as well as wish all the others going through recruitment. I look forward to reading about your experience.

Wow, thanks everyone for all your nice little welcomes! I'll be rushing at a very little college in Columbus, OH-Capital University, but it probably won't be until Spring b/c this coming semester will only be my 2nd semester in college, I took fall off my freshman year, and I wasn't really involved last semester so I want to attend some activities, functions, etc. just to see what the sororities are like and to let the sisters get to know me more.
