Southwest Airlines Presents "The Tom Joyner Skyshow"(6am-IOam)
It's the most anticipated event each year... it's the Tom Joyner Skyshow.
Being held in the beautiful Charlotte Convention Center this year, the
Skyshow will play host to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., one of America's
largest and most distinguished black fraternities. Join Tom and the cast
along with special guest, The O'Jays, for a morning of fun, laughter, and
entertainment.
Omega Park (Noon - 9pm)
The Omegas have taken over Marshall Park for the weekend activities. Come
listen to live entertainment from local and regional artists and shop the
many Afro-centric vendors as they display their wares throughout the park.
The V-IOI.9 Celebrity Golf Tournament (1pm - 6pm)
Join your favorite V -personalities and staff with a fun game of golf at The
Divide golf course in Matthews, NC. This tournament will feature local
celebrities and portions of the tournament will benefit the Tom Joyner
Foundation.
Ol' School Concert (7:30pm)
Ol' School live!... It's the Barkays and The S.O.S. Band performing live at
the Charlotte Convention Center.
70's Old School Jam (7pm-2pm)
Dress in your best 70's gear and join VlOl.9 at the Savoy Night Club to jam
the night away. Brookshire Blvd.

Tom Joyner Backwards Softball Game (IOAM)
The V-I 01 All Stars take on the Omegas in a friendly game of Backwards
Softball at Independence Park. What is backwards softball? Backwards
softball is when the players run the bases in the opposite direction during
a softball game. Lots of fun and excitement as we meet and greet the Tom
Joyner Cast and Crew.

Rickey Smiley, Adel Givens, Jus June and Preacher Man from Atlanta at the
Charlotte Convention Center. After the show, the top Omega step teams from
across the U.S will throw down. Tickets available at 522-6500.
