Rush Total Questions . . .

For those of you at bigger schools. I am thinking of schools like LSu that have hundreds of girls left over after formal Rush.

1. In situations like that how many girls are usually left unplaced after Formal?

2. Are all or at least most of the chapters at Total?

3. Are the girls that go though again the following year likely to geta bid?

1. It depends on how many actually made it through to the end of recruitment. Ideally, the local Panhellenic will continue placing girls in houses past quota in order to insure that all eligible women receive an invitation to membership. The problem with LSU isn't really girls left over at the end of Recruitment, it's the number of girls completely cut from Recruitment during the week.

2. Usually.

3. Not likely. On highly competitive campuses, freshmen class women are more desireable. Upperclassmen often receive bids, but it is unusual.
