What OTHER types of programming would you want your organization to be involved in that they currently AREN'T involved in?

I think that we should start a campaign that combat the negative images of black folk in hip-hop. We are a fraternity with very influential people both at the alumni and college level. You could say that we are trendsetters so to speak. If we take a more vocal stand against hip-hop and its mysogyny and minstrelsy, then maybe the influence it has with our youth can be subsided to a degree. I know many bruhs will disagee, but I am thankful that we have yet to see any Alpha Paraphernalia in any of these "booty videos". Maybe even do a Steve Harvey type of thing and finance a hip-hop album with positive images and such. It probably won't sell, but at least it wil be a statement.
