Egg beaters

Isn't this the best stuff ever?

I didn't start eating egg beaters until recently, because I always thought they were fake eggs. Then I found out it was 99% egg whites. The other 1% are vitamins, spices, flavoring, and food color.

It is a tad bland, but is a GREAT source of protein without all of the cholesterol and stuff.

If you think it's bland, get one of the flavored versions.

I rather enjoy eggs scrambles with a little bit of cheddar cheese and some dill. Even without the cheese the dill is excellent, and I've also used Mrs. Dash or other multispice brands.

Add some onions, turkey ham or lean ham and some salsa.. yum!

Plop it in a low fat flour tortilla.. wonderful breakfast burrito!

I lived on egg beaters when I was really sick with my Crohn's. They are very easy on the digestive system and low in fat too.

If there aint no Yolk then it must be a Joke, It isnt a EGG!

Tyson Foods started out as an egg company in Arkansas, well, they had all of these chickens!

Idea formed, Heck, if we have Chickens that make Eggs, why dont We buy Chickens and sell them too?

Love Arkies!
