It's very interesting how he's claiming that it's not him and his lawyer is saying that the young lady in the video is an adult. They (R. Kelly and the defense lawyer) need to talk before they release statements to the press because all the local stations are running his arrest during the 4, 5, and 6 o'clock news.

This doesn't suprise me at all, I actually think they took too long. R. Kelly needs to stop lying and admit to his wrong doings. I hope they lock him up and let the grown men in prison take care of him. I personally am not buying anymore of his CD's. Someone needs to teach these people that just because they have money doesn't mean they can break the law.

A lot of times magazines work months in advance and they probably already sent the front cover to the printers before R. Kelly's indictment.
