Carnation, it depends on the organization.
Some LGL sororities have Alumnae Associations where the sole purpose is for undergraduate members to continue to be active after graduation. However, membership is not offered at this level.
Then, you have other LGL sororities that have Graduate/Professional Chapters (not always called GPC) where in addition to college initiated members continuing to be active after graduation, they also accept membership applications from women in graduate school or out in the work force. The application and membership requirements may/may not be different from the undergraduate process. It varies from org to org.
SLU has several Graduate/Professional chapters from California to NYC that are open for membership to Graduate and Professional women. That info can be accessed at our website.
