Did I get dissed?

I was just curious about something Friday night I met this guy at the hot tub at my apartment complex, we talked forever and ended up going back to his apartment- which nothing happend it was just getting cold outside and the hot tub was extrememly hot. So we talked and had fun. I thought it was really nice. We did kiss but that was it. Well my roomate wanted to come home she had been down there with me at the hot tub talking to his roomate and so I told him I needed to go home. He asked me if I wanted to come over tomorrow or do something and I told him to call me. So I put my phone number in his phone and then he put his number in my phone. Well he did not call yesterday. Should I be concerned or just erase his number and blow him off. I figured if he really didn't want want to call me or talk to me why would he give me his number??? Guys do the strangest things.. So, what should I do?
