This isnt quite the same as the Snapple ad, but I found a little more offensive. While staring blankly at E! a True Hollywood Story came on about the Sultan of Brunei. It went into detail about his lecherous habits towards women, and then described him as a 'frat boy'. Now, before anyone uses the argument that some 'frat boys' do, in fact, disrespect women in multiple ways, there are Irish people with drinking problems, but saying that someone 'drank like an Irishman' would not fly on TV. Theres no real campaign behind this episode, and wont air as much as the aforementioned Snapple ad, but I feel compelled to write something. I hope you feel the same.
