BET Stepoff Voting Garbage
Who else doesn't like the idea of voting on the internet for the step off. I know I was getting mail a week in advance about the step off & who to vote for. This isn't a real competition b/c some orgs are larger than others. How do ya'll feel about this.

i was sooooo proud of our brothers last nite! congratulations on a wonderful performance and such an eloquent, articulate way of presenting yourselves.... you outshined the iotas tenfold!!!! no one can touch the Unknown... other viewers will vote and the stepping skills with speak for themselves...

I agree totally there will be without a doubt a victor on the side of greeks knowing who won, but the point of this contest is exposure to the mass public. I am not saying that there will be a problem, just that there is a good chance. The fella's held it down like they always do. Hey UnKNOWn's when ya'll coming back to the 757.

I had a problem voting online. Did anyone else?
The finals will be judged by the audience which means..everyone will have their peeps there to scream for them. There should be some judges but that would be too much like RIGHT.

I finally got to vote after about 10 tries....
I think the Unknown step team did an excellent job in representing PBS. I have never seen them step before I saw them on BET, and I would love to see them step in a full length show!
Blue Love to all my frat !

Put it like this. There is nonething like a full length UnKNOWn show. I have seen them @ Philly, Stepcorrect, and some other show. Every time FIRE. They GOMAB with the best of them. I hope the championship round will have full shows.

First of all, I would like to congratulate the Unknown Step Team on their performance this week and wish my Brothers of the Dove continued success during the "Step Off"
Additionally, I wish my Sisters of the Dove much success when they compete this Friday.
Kudos should be extending to every Divine Nine team that is participating.
All that being said...................................
I personally believe that BET is using each of our organizations to increase their ratings.
One minute to perform per team? Two minutes dedicated to the Greeks per show?
Who is fooling who?

yeah ive seen the unknow step team and they are really really really good....ive seen them in fl and ive seen tapes of other shows...
but the funniest is....
they came to chicago to compete, and i happened to be one of the judges.....they blew the competition away, even the chicago sigma team that was stepping, who by the way were really good to, they came in second though

I must give props to my brothers of the "Unknown "Step team ("then again, I don't expect anything less) and the brothers of Omega Psi Phi. Both teams were tight from start to finish. Been a long time since I 've seen a show with no music.

A blown opportunity
Eh yall.
I think yall did a good job steppin', but I think the Ques were the best. I respect every org, and I know my own frat has other chapters that hold it down betta than my bruhs in the show-which brings me to my point: Why didnt BET contact the NPHC and ask them to come up with a national stepteam champion from each organization and have them represent their own in a BET-sponsored stepshow? Wouldn't this make more sense? It could've been planned to occur around Spring Bling, nationally promoted, and could've been a very profitable venture. There is a long list of black philanthropies that could've benefitted from such an event.
