Talking Alpha Phi goes to Italy!

Hey sisters!

I just received the e-mail with all of the info on the Young Alumni Tour of Italy! Has anyone been on this annual trip before? Is anyone thinking of going this year? I'm thinking of it. I have never been to Europe before, and it's a great deal!

************************************************** **
Alpha Phi International Fraternity is proud to present the 'Young Alumnae Tour Program' to Italy, a country with a captivating past and an exciting present. This program has been specially designed to meet the needs of Alpha Phi's younger alumnae and offer an amazing itinerary that will take you to Italy's most treasured cities!

The tour is from July 18 - 29, 2002 and we have arranged a special alumnae price of $1,449 for the land portion of the tour. Please don't miss this great opportunity, as spaces will go quickly!

Visit some of the most important sites in world history, as well as seeing the 'sunny' side of this most picturesque country. Rome, Venice, Florence, Sorrento and The Isle of Capri are all highlights of this special young alumnae tour. You will also travel to Pompeii, the ancient buried city and Milan, the center of European fashion.

We're certain this is an experience you will never forget. You will be able to relax, unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of Italy and all of its wonders.

To view our exciting Electronic Brochure of the tour,
go to www.orionworldwidetravel.com and click on the "Bella Italia" Tour under the Young Alumni section

************************************************** **Sounds like a lot of fun!

AOE,
Jessica

I got this email today too and it sounds like a lot of fun! I studied in Florence for a summer and love Italy soooo much! Anyone who goes will have a blast!

Amy, I don't know about the ones for young alums but I think that on the others in the past they've combined these trips for several GLO's to meet the minimum on the tours. Maybe XO will have something similar?

I got this e-mail, too!

Sadly, I won't be able to go. I think it's a great deal, but I'll already be spending money on other trips this year. Perhaps in the near future...

I was just reading the quarterly and was reminded of this....

Is anyone going? Anyone know of anyone who is going?

Is this something that is done every year? Or is this a once in a blue moon type of deal?

I really wish I could, but I just started a new full time job in March and I won't be eligible for vacation days until October.

I will go someday! Anyone else going?
