So Happy!
I am so happy, I just had to share my news with all my GC sisters! I got a 3.675 GPA for the winter semester, which means I made the College of Education Dean's List!!! I am so ecstatic that I got an "A" in my curriculum class (probably the most important of all my Ed. classes). I can't wait to go pick up my unit tomorrow!
Anyone else have winter semester success?

Congrats on your great semester!
I think most of my final grades come down to my finals. Ugh- these senior classes don't have many items that make up the final grade!

Lynn...yes it has, which makes this so much better!
Wendy...the nice thing about being alum is no more study hours...although it would have been nice to get a Pi pin again!

What is a Pi pin? I am assuming it is to recognize the highest GPA??? I guess we didnt have anything like that in our chapter, but it sounds like a cool idea!
Congrats again!

Wendy, my chapter follows IHQ's scholarship program "Strive for Pi"...so all the girls who receive a 3.14 or above don't have to proctored hours and we have a special ceremony where the girls receive a Pi Pin. It's the size of a chapter guard and it's just a nice little recognition to wear with your badge.
DeltaBetaAGD, congrats on your grad school grades!

Wow, Leslie, you smart squirrel, you! Congratulations on your big accomplishment! Thanks for sharing the news with us.
You deserve a big bunch of red and buff roses. And a nice dinner out. Take it up with your parents, lol.

Maria

Thats pretty cool! I may be a Scholarship advisor here in Atlanta so I will have to promote this if they dont already do this. Do you get the pins from IHQ?
