I regret to inform you that the chapter at Ohio University is closed as far as I can tell. I checked out the Greek Life office at OU and there was no link to them on that webpage and no mention of their existance. It was the Zeta Mu Chapter founded in 1951.
A tip on finding pictures and such -- many universities keep records and even provide archive service for campus fraternities. I'd assume this would be true for dormant chapters as well. Your best bet would be to check out their library and go digging through old paperwork.
We actually have 2 colonies in Ohio right now. One at Bowling Green and one at Ohio State (they're in their very early days right now). Because of these though I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them recolonize Ohio. That is if the alumni showed some interest =)
