Just thought I'd share!

You guys, I just had to share: I had the best night at work last night! I work as a tech in a hospital until I graduate, and last night I got to work on the Burns ICU-which is what I want to do when I graduate!! It was awesome!! I had a blast and learned so much! Except I almost passed out at first...

They keep the units and the rooms really really hot, and you have to wear gowns and gloves-I was in a room helping out with a dressing change and the heat really started to get to me...I had to leave and go drink a liter of water! But then I was ok.

Anyhoo, I just wanted to share my excitement with ya'll!!

Good for you! Working 9-5 is so much better when you love what you do! I'm sure you are a great comfort to all your patients!

Sue, I wish our hours were only 9-5!! They're more like, 7p.m-7 a.m.

But you're right-they do go by easier when you're doing something you like!
