intersorority conference

Would any of the national social sororities be interested in the idea of setting up a conference similar to the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC)?

Unlike the NPC, which requires a female fraternity to have at least 14 chapters, the NIC requires a male fraternity to only have 5 chapters. The NIC also does not have all of the rush/recruitment rules that the NPC has for its female fraternity members.

Such an intersorority conference could help with the promotion of all national sororities and not just those who belong to the NPC. For example, it is hard to get established on many campuses because university officials do not realize or understand that there are other national sororities than just the 26 who belong to the NPC.

This is an excellent idea to give some of the other sororities the recognition that they diserve as well as a governing body. If you don't mind me asking, which sororities have shown an interest. Is this going to be open to all up and coming national orgs. or have a specific focus. Some more info would be great.
