Would someone please explain how the numbers work - Maximum number of invites for each round at University of Alabama rush?

Could you be a little more specific?

Generally speaking: Max number of invites = the max number of invitations a PNM can get for that round. The max number of chapters that you will visit.

You could be invited to less, but you cannot be invited to more.

Example, let's say the max number of invites is 3.

You could receive 3, 2 or 1 invite/s. But you can't get say, 4.

The Alabama Panhellenic posts this information on its site. Short version:

The first two days, visit all the sororities.
Then:

Days three and four of recruitment, you will have the opportunity to visit up to 12 sororities for 30 minutes each

You may attend up to eight parties, each of which is 45 minutes in length during days five and six of Recruitment

Then on day seven, up to three Preference parties, each lasting 50 minutes
