Drama Time...

So there is this guy who is really, really nice...a cutie too. Well one of my best friends who I have known forever was having serious guy problems. Things weren't working out between her and this guy she had class with (he is still kind of with his ex) so they never really got the chance to date even though she really liked him. I felt really bad for her so I told her that I would hook her up with Jake (the cutie who is really, really nice). She met him once before and agrees that he would be a great guy to date. We talked about this a few times, but I never actually got around to hooking them up because he isn't around much. I've been talking to Jake a lot lately though and I totally love hanging around him, and now I think that I want to date him. Would it be totally wrong if I did? I don't want to ruin one of my best friendships over a guy...and I don't think my friend will care...but I don't even want to bring this up to her if you guys agree that he is off-limits. Share some advice!
