I'm interested in creating an organization for LGBT men and was wondering if there was anyone that could possibly help me out and show me how to get started.

There are many such fraternities already in existence - I strongly advise you to gather a group of men and form a chapter of an existing one.

I notice that the Wikipedia article lists Phi Sigma Pi as being “gender-inclusive,” which is great. But I looked at their website, and their diversity blurb doesn’t mention gender: “We embrace diversity – We are an inclusive organization, with students from numerous ethnic, socio-economic, and religious backgrounds that comprise the membership of our 130+ Chapters nationwide.”

Is Phi Sigma Pi specifically (or officially) more gender-inclusive than any other co-ed GLO, such as, say Alpha Phi Omega?

Honestly, that whole page of the site just sounds like jumping someone else's train. "Nerds are hot! We'll say we're nerds! Then we'll be hot!" I did have to snort at how their description of themselves as the "smart kids" was closely followed by an extraneous apostrophe.

Nice! Thank you! Looking at their website (again) I'm still not seeing any specific references to gender. It seems like they simply got rid of the word co-educational, rather than replacing it with gender-inclusive. So I would maybe call them more gender-neutral? Either way, I'm glad they are open to all gender identities.
