favorite greek memory
Okay, besides getting initatieated because thats a given. Mine (so far)...wearing the letters around the first day after pledging was over. Pledging ended thursday at around 9 pm because that was when THETA CHI was founded. The next day I worn the set of letters my big brother got me and girls that I thought would never talk to me were like "hey Billy" and she shook her ass for Flouder. Word.

I have to agree about the letters. My diamond sis bought me 7 sets of letters and I wore those around the first week after initiation and I felt soo awesome! Also I started an awesome friendship with some hot cuties in another fraternity =)
My second fave greek memory so far are our chapter retreats. I love those!

If it can't be initiation... it would be the day my chapter was chartered. Signing that charter was one of my happiest and proudest moments as an AEPhi.

Too many to name! I have to say my favorite past-times so far have been at the MTSU Zetas' favorite restaurants: Chili's, O'Charlie's, and the Olive Garden
We always find so many things to talk about and laugh about! I also enjoy the car ride chit-chats to our various activities, and the retreats!

I think my fave non-initiation moment would have to be our first sorority ball! We were only 4 years old and not too big in numbers (I think we were at 20 or so by then) and as my first thing as the new social chair I took it upon myself to plan our first ball (before that we had attended the Alpha Gams ball as their special guests!)
The ball went off amazingly and everyone had such a blast! I was so proud of working so hard to organize the event for my sisters....and to see them all lookin' pretty and partying was so amazing!!!
I'd also have to say every time we're all together is a great memory! We always have a blast wherever we go, whatever we do! Every time I'm with my sisters is a special time for me (especially now that I live far away and only see them a few times a year! )

one of my favorite memories is when we went to the lakehouse of one of our members. it was a great time, even though my sunglasses are now resting at the bottom of the lake. but we spent all day out there skiing and tubing, and the AZD's were having a retreat out there too, so we would go up to them and talk every so often. good times!

I'M SO OLD!!!
but i couldn't be any happier!

I have 2:
My freshman year we won Greek Week AND the Greek Olympics. It was such a surprise because we were just out to have fun and thought there was no way we'd win. The other 3 sororities had not bought a greek week shirt like we did because they all thought they were going to win and wanted to wait until then to get a shirt! So, we ended up getting two shirts. It was just such a blast; I will never forget it.
Well now that I got thinking on that one I can't remeber the other! I'll post again when I remember it!

Like everyone has sad...way to many besides Initations.
My top 3 would be.....

When we stole Kappa Sigma, Theta Xi (2 attempts) and Lambda Chi's composites
Playing football with Beta and Theta Xi will the other fraternities nearby just starred.
The next is a 3 way tie...Greek Week was awesome (we didnt even think we'd do as good as we did), the Sisterhood retreat where our house was toliet papered, and when we did a '70's line dance at a fraternity party (not the Hustle)
Hello, fellow greek freaks!
Besides the obvious (bid day, pinning, initiation), my favorite memory would be the first night we all went out together. It was so much fun!

Non-intiation......
1. When we won top KA chapter in the nation in 2000. That had to have been one of the best feelings I will EVER feel.
2. Old South 2000. Yikes. Lots of good memories there but the saturday of the dance I went into town at 9 30 and started drinking. My date was real real sick so she didnt mind that I broke away. I got back to the lodge at about 6 30 that evening, after a day of drinking at every bar I could find. On my way back, I bought a 4 foot sword at this little swap market. Everyone was sitting in the foyer of the lodge when I stumbled in, sword in tow. They all knew it was gonna be bad news. I had a great time and no one got hurt, except for the furniture in our room.
Old South is on my birthday this year. Uh oh.

My pledge trip to Temple U. in Philadelphia. It was fun and crazy! Actually, any road trip. We went to Cornell, Syracuse, Cortland, and our weekend in Boston! I had so much fun!

Getting my big. No doubt was the best. Becoming a big would be second.
