Like the others said, contacting the greek life office will give you the ability to see if chapters are still doings COB.
That said, Spring Recruitment is becoming a lot less stigmatized and out in the open at OU. I think 4 or 5 chapters did organized events last year.

More and more I'm adopting the NPHC stance: aspirants/pnms need to do their own (fecking) research.

It's amazing to me that with nearly every answer in the world only a mouse-click away, people still consider a Google search to be too much effort.
