Has anyone else ever seen this incarnation? Its call ACTN TV or soemthing and comes on a local channel late at night. They are the ones who sell all the loose stones. TOO FUNNY. On so many levels. One, they have the deepest accents ever. i was a radio/Tv major and one thing I learned was that nationally, accents are bad. Two, the people are not TV people. They guys seem like middle school coaches that got fired for getting a little to close to their students. And the ladies are those annoyingly chipper bank tellers we all love to hate....bad perms and laura Ashley dresses. Gotta love how they start off with a Sapphire at "Five ninety nine, ninety nine." (said all slow, southern and deliberate) and end up selling it for "fifty nine, ninety nine."
It is the funnest thing in the world to watch when you are plowed. keeps me and my friends entertained for Hours. $hit you not. Almost as much fun as watching the shopping channel where the bubbas sell the knives stuck in the log. Cool.
