chapter traditions/songs

I was wondering if ya'll have any fun, special traditions that your chapter does. Songs sung at weddings, etc. My chapter does like the same few songs over and over, I'd like to get some together for us. Also, does anyone have any Phi Mu poems or something like that? Sorry for the wide array of questions, just feelin the Phi Mu love tonight.
Ok, who am I kidding, I'm like the silliest one on here with the Phi Mu love...

Tara

i have a Phi Mu castle...

I'm a member of Chi Chapter, so we are trying to start some traditions. We would love some ideas!

one tradition that we have is to keep a chapter journal. it sits in the living room and any sister that wants to can write in it whenever. they usually write after rush to describe the new phis, or after a candlepassing. most of the entries are about sisterly things. it's great to read back and see what sisters were thinking years ago. it makes a nice record of the bond we share over the years.

My pledge class started a chapter tradition of making a plaque to keep in the suite. They hang along the top of the wall around the room now, or at least they did when I last visited. Each new member's name is listed, and we decorated them as a class.

We had an older tradition of making a class scrapbook.

One other thing that I can't wait to find out about is that my grandbig made records of all of the family trees when she was active. I don't know if they're still there, but I'm gonna search when I go back in a few weeks! She told me that she had the alum fill in details about themselves when they came to visit, and that way the future sisters could go way back in the lineage.
