Fox News/Greta Van S...
I was wondering if any of you had checked out Fox News Channel's Greta Van Susteren lately. As many of you know, she left CNN in December, and our newsroom was all abuzz today as she unveiled her new look on Fox News.
She revealed she has had some plastic surgery on her eyes, and Fox execs say they have given her a head-to-toe makeover (make-up, hair, clothes), and are going to be using softer lighting on her set.
Newsday had before and after shots of her, and I think the transformation is pretty unreal. She looks about 20 years younger! Have any of you seen Greta since the change? What did you think? I would love to hear what you thought.

I have watchd Greta for a long while...she's just about the only one on CNN I could stand. I was happy to see her on the FOX line up. She looked GREAT! Of course it's sad to think we put a value on apearances ESPECIALLY when it comes to reporting, but DANG, she really looked CUTE! It was a dramatic change. Now if I could just get her Dr.'s name...

I think she looks great! She says the lighting has a lot to do with it and blah blah. I think it took years off her appearance. Also with her hair cut she looks more together.

Wow, see now i thought she should file suit against her plastic surgeon. Her one eye was really screwy. Other than that, she looked ok.

Actually, TV facilities started using color corrected flourescent (sp?) lighting several years ago, and it makes an unbelievable difference. It also saves energy since the new lights are much more power efficent and also cooler so less air conditioning is needed.
The main thing I noticed on the side-by-side pics, thouigh, is the much younger looking hair style.
Much better.

Yes, I actually think her hair makes a HUGE difference. Its much more stylish.
And as she said on Access Hollywood, the swelling is not quite all gone yet-- and the swelling takes away age lines/wrinkles-- some of those will come back.
But overall I thought she looked fabulous! Much softer and more feminine.

I think she looks fabulous and good for her!
Know who else had a pretty stunning plastic surgery "makeover"? Jennifer Gray; the actress best known as Patrick Swayze's love interest in "Dirty Dancing". She had a rhinoplasty (nose job) and is all but unrecogniable. Looks great!

Personally I didn't like her to begin with (I don't know why...I think she was too man-beastly for me or something...) but she looks great now!!!
I can't believe the change..it almost doesn't even look like her! And she looks SO much more feminine now!
Amazing what cosmetic surgery can do nowadays eh?!
