Cleavage

Ok, half of our APO chapter and 3/4 of our offices are filled by girls from "Chi Upsilon Zeta". They are sweet girls and I like them, and I'm sure everyone else does too. But, whenever we have events or even meetings they bunch up together and only talk about XYZ's business, which me and the rest of the chapter cannot relate to. I am starting to see a huge chapter cleavage forming. Several members has quit because they have felt left out.

Before this gets any worse, should I talk to my president, who is a XYZ herself? Or, should I talk to my advisor about this?

You and other ocncerned parties should talk to your advisor, who should have already noticed the problem. Since so many of the officers are members of this other group you cannot rely on them for objective thinking.

Just a suggestion...maybe rename the thread to "Division within a Chapter"?

Ok, that's what I will do, he already knows of this issue, because a past brother has complained about it before.

When I read about cleavage I thought you were referring to something else. My immediate reaction was to think that this board has covered just about every topic...lol.

As moderator of this forum, only John can change the "Main title". I admit I came like WTH are we talking about that for in Greek Life, if not AT ALL. This is definitely an attention grabbing headline. Almost like calling a thread "T & A" and only talking about TEAMWORK and ACHIEVEMENT.
