Wink Drug to a movie, but liked it!

Have someone ever convinced you to see a movie you really didn't want to see, but you ended up liking it?
Legally Blonde
Planet of the Apes
I saw both today and they were actually pretty good.
Also Titanic,American Pie were 2 others.

The Program

Two that I was forced to see, but I hated were Higher Learning and Blue Chips. Talk about bad acting. Shaq and Penny couldn't act their ways out of a paper bag.

Mr. 33 dragged me screaming to Star Trek Insurrection. It actually turned out to be a very absorbing movie.

Thumbs up

A Time to Kill with Matthew McConaughey and Samuel L. Jackson -- not that I was dragged to it but the title just did not enthuse me. I was convinced it had something to do with 007, James Bondesque type plot.

Analyze This Again did not know the plot but this was a great film.

American Beauty Two thumbs up.

I saw Legally Blond, it was a pretty good flick. But I actually did the dragging.
Planet of the Apes was pretty good too. What did you guys think about the ending?

WATERBOY was the movie for me. I thought that it was going to be...well words can't describe what I thought it was going to be. But it was really funny.
