Re-affiliation question
So I transferred to a new school this fall and re-affiliated with their chapter and all the ladies are lovely! Sadly I will not be able to continue at this school next semester because out of state tuition is too costly and I will be returning to my original school which is the home of my original chapter. Will I be able to affiliate with them again? Or is that impossible? If anyone knows any details I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

Lane swerve... just for some instant feedback, we did have this once where a member transferred to Oklahoma U and then came back after a year. It took a simple majority vote to bring him back. Your mileage may vary from organization to organization though I'm sure.

Not an AXiD, but my advice to you is to contact the chapter president and advisor at the chapter to which you will be returning rather than asking for assistance on a message board.

^That's better than what I said. You probably even have those folks' phone numbers.

As long as you are active and in good standing I don't see why this would be a problem. I feel like our chapters are pretty flexible.

Bless your heart with all the moving! I hope things go well, you're able to get settled and you have a wonderful collegiate experience.

I'm an active at my current schools chapter, but my initiating chapter says I'm an alum... So I don't know if that affects it since I'm still technically an active or what, but I really hope i can affiliate!

Well, since you're active at your current school I don't see a problem. I could always be wrong though, but I mean, you're just going back to your initiating chapter, it's not that difficult for them to change you from alum to active on their roster.
