DANG

I don't know if I can pick 10, but here goes:

Not Guilty Jay-Z
which is funny since he plead guilty

SURVIVOR Destiny's Child

MUSIC Erick Sermon/Marvin Gaye
This remake is one that I like!

LIKE A BIRD Nelly Furtado

GONE/DIRTY POP Nsync
My man Justin Timberlake!

WAIT A MINUTE Ray-J
This song is a club song, like Montell's "This is how we do it"

SO FRESH, SO CLEAN Outkast
This is THE ANTHEM right hea!

THE BLAST hi-tek and Kwalei(sp?)

ALWAYS ON TIME
Ja Rule put it down

SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY Ludacris
Just an off the hook song!

ROCK THE BOAT Aaliyah
A sexual song without going overboard(pardon the pun). One of the few slow songs that get people on the dance floor.

I don't know if I mixed some songs up with the year 2000, but oh well

QTE

Once again, in no particular order

Fallin' - Alicia Keys

Gone - *NSYNC

Turn of the Light - Nelly Furtado

Get Ur Freak On - Missy (I didn't really like it, but it was a top song this year)

Izzo - Jay-Z

Rock Da Boat - Aaliyah

Where Da Party At - Jagged Edge (the song that will immediately make you get on the dance floor)

Dayum, I can't really think of ten songs!! Oh well.

Not necessarily in this order, but:

The Way (Jill Scott)
Video-India Arie
Lifetime -Maxwell
Silently-Maxwell
Gone-N-Sync
So Fresh, So Clean-Outkast

Whew!!!! That was hard. I think some of these may be from '99 and some weren't released, but they were my favorites anyway.

Yes, I agree with JILL SCOTT'S entire CD to be one of the best of the year 2001 (and her NEW CD's (yes there are two CDs) are the BOMB so let's see where 2002 is going to take Jill). I hope that it's straight to the top---AGAIN!

I can't think of anyone else at this moment (it appears that I've got JILL SCOTT-ITIS)!!!
