I-96 Shooter
I just thought a thread needed to be started about this, so we can post new/recent news we've read or heard about.
I-96 shooter may be a man of hidden violence, cops say
Ya know, it's very difficult for me to drive anywhere. It's just that this whole thing has made me paranoid now, and it's really hard trying to be attentive to what's in front of me while driving. Now, I get distracted every time I see black or dark-colored cars to the left, right, or behind me, especially if the driver's side window has been rolled down.

I heard on the news that they arrested a suspect today. He is a 43 year old man from Wixom, MI. That's about it for details.

Yes, and the odd thing is, they said he had curly dark hair and drove a grey sedan. Sounds like he didn't look at all like the artist rendering and had a different color car than they told us to be looking for. I hope it is really the right guy.

I've already been rejected from jury duty. Honestly, they need more people like me on the jury.

Truly a beautiful woman of great moral character, but if everybody on the jury thought like you, or if the legal system operated like you want it to operate, there would be folks serving a 20-year to life sentence for stealing a Snickers bar. Just sayin...

Exactly the same thing happened with the DC sniper 10 years ago. Lots of people driving white vans were made to feel the fear while the bad guys in the dark sedan kept right on going. I'm very grateful I've always been of the mind that I'll be situationally aware, but I'll be damned if I'll let some idiot play mind games. I feel for those who can't. Hope they got the right guy ...
