Those all sound like admirable qualities to share, because it sounds like you'd be good future officer material, and a good friend.
This question strikes me as similar to the interview opening "tell me about yourself" question. It's good to slip in one-two interesting/desirable traits or interests that the sorority member can follow up on, to get the conversation going. In other words, keep your response fairly concise, but leave the listener wanting to hear more about something you've "dangled" as interesting (past leadership experiences, what makes you a good friend, etc.). Then they'll have something to follow up with in their response.
