ISO Personalize Pin Box

Not sure where to post this. I'm looking for a silver pin box that can have sorority crest or letters on top and personalized engraving on bottom with initiate's initials and initiation date or chapter (haven't decided). I've looked around some and have only found letters or crest on top. Anyone have any ideas?

Why don't you buy the one you found that has the crest/letters on top and take it to a local engraver to get the personal stuff added?

If you know if the type of box you described ever existed, you may want to check out the usual bidding sites, too. I got a couple on ebay for gifts.
