I wonder what it was like to have a "fraternity/ sorority park" at UMass. When I was there, there was an area set aside to build up a greek village, but it hasn't happened yet. Frat Row was sold off to the university and the houses on one side of N. Pleasant St. were torn down. Greek houses that are off of campus owned land are still fine, as well as a few in the center of campus. Sigma Sigma Sigma had been long gone from UMass before I entered the greek scene in 2001. Good luck finding your ladies!
