Houseparents from Tri Sig, Univ. MA in Amherst looking for our girls

Hi, my husband Allen M. Smith and myself Diane Smith were looking for some of our Sigma, Sigma, Sigma girls from Fraternity/Sorority Park at University of Massachusetts in Amherst. We were the first house parents at that Sorority and would very much like to know what happened to our girls. We left the area after Allen graduated. We were there for the 1971 and 1972 year.

I wonder what it was like to have a "fraternity/ sorority park" at UMass. When I was there, there was an area set aside to build up a greek village, but it hasn't happened yet. Frat Row was sold off to the university and the houses on one side of N. Pleasant St. were torn down. Greek houses that are off of campus owned land are still fine, as well as a few in the center of campus. Sigma Sigma Sigma had been long gone from UMass before I entered the greek scene in 2001. Good luck finding your ladies!

This.

I was a student there in 2007-2009 and most houses are just clustered together, official or not.
