After going through rush is it possible not to recieve a bid?
It is very possible.

Less possible, obviously, if you make it to preference night than if you're cut after the first round or two. But even if you have a full schedule of pref parties, you might not receive a bid to your first choice.

If you don't go through recruitment, you have a 100% chance of failure and a 0% of getting one. Go through.

Depending on the school, it's possible. If it is one where they abide by all the RFM rules (Maximize your options and NOT suicide) then you will get a bid. The PH there should tell you whether or not that will happen.
