By which I mean initiation. Trying to do a quasi-military tough but nothing hazing thing for initiation. any ideas? any physical contact is out. think more along the lines of mind games. The military is really good at this sort of stuff, so any ex-armed forces guys out there, im talking to you.
You should definitely discuss these issues with your student conduct folks and maybe local law enforcement. They'd be very interested in talking to you.
