RE-OPEN CHAPTER ON CAMPUS?

Hi ,

I want to know is it possible to RE-open up a chapter on my campus? Its kind of hard to find information. There was AKAs on my campus XI MU chapter but they have all graduated and it has died out. I wanted to know if it possible to do? If so, can you tell me how?

ALSO, I am not an AKA but I am very much interested in joining !

Help!
