HELP!!!

Hey all you Greek's out there! I'm writing this to you all today in hope to find some help. I am from the Phi Sigma Sigma chapter at Gannon University and we need some recruitment help. Our numbers are low. We are at 16 with our new memebers and are losing 5 seniors in May. We really do not know what to do. We feel that we have been doing the same stuff and nothing is working to recruite more girls. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

First things first. Contact your regional recruitment director. Your chapter adviser should have her contact information. She can provide some excellent resources and may even come on site to do a workshop with you.

Next, click on "search" at the top of the page. There are tons of past threads about effective recruitment events. Good luck!

Hi Britney,

You might want to post this over on the Phi Sigma Sigma forum to see if any of the members there can help you. Also, you might ask your CKA to post a question on the mentoring listserv to see if she can get some ideas from other CKA's. Put a call in to your Community Archon asking if she has any ideas. FInally when is your RLC? You will definitely pick up some great ideas from the other sisters there.

Aim High,
Carolyn

At least it's an entertaining spammer.
