Jay-Z

Mary J. Blige (if I never see but one more concert this is who I would choose)

You know, at first I was like..."and"? Some are into how many posts "you've" made.

Then, I looked again and saw the "4"s. How special. I have like less than 400 more to get the 5555.

Thumbs down Rappers in concert...

I don't think I could pay lint to see a rapper in concert. After watching Jay-Z and nem on Showtime and other rappers on TV, I could not do it. They do not give you your money's worth.

LOL, I do not want to pay someone to call me B*TCH or MOTHER________. I was in the 8th grade when I went to the Salt 'n' Pepa concert and they called the audience, MFs. Never again.

I've had the pleasure of seeing...

Patti LaBelle
Tina Turner
Luther Vandross
Glady's Knight
New Edition(I love them!!!)

just to name a few on the long list of concerts I've attended over the years.

I've seen Chaka Khan and she couldn't remember the words to her songs!

I attended my FIRST and LAST rap concert last year w/ my husband. I don't care for that type of thing.

I'd like to see Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin,Chante Moore, Will Downing, maybe Whitney(on one of her good days)

I would love to see Frankie Beverly and Maze. Something always comes up and I end up missing them every year Even though I'm young I still wouldn't attend a rap concert. Its okay to listen to in the car or at a get together (bar-b-que, crawfish boil, etc.) but for hours...just not the thing for me

Chaka has such a vast reportoire, I can see why she sometimes forget the lyrics to a few songs. I've seen her numerous times and she put on a tight show. As a matter of fact, I'm going to see her in Detroit this weekend.

Although I can't say that I won't EVER go to another rap concert...(you know I luv me some Luda), but I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I saw Jay-Z.

It was a homecoming concert (outside), it was SOOOO disorganized, long story short...it was like 2am before he even got on stage. He then informed us that someone forgot his 'dat' player, and that he could only do a few songs that they had the music too. So basically I waited in the cold for 6 hours to see him perform for like 20 minutes!
