What are the cutest skits that everyone remembers from rush? Which ones were the most memorable ones?

When I went through the cutest ones were Annie, Cats, and the Wizard of Oz.

The best one I ever saw was a "Must See TV" done by ADPi. They had all the girls dress in PJ. There were four girls who were roommates going thru rush. They tune into "Must See TV" and watch Friends and Seinfeld with some commercials in between. On Friends it was a "college years" and Rachel and Monica are ADPi's - Phoebe is going thru rush . . . On Seinfeld, Elaine was and ADPi and is telling the guys about it - in the end Kramer decides he wants to be and ADPi. The funniest thing about the skit was that everyone became their character. The girl who played Kramer sprayed her hair up like his and slide into the room everytime he come on stage.

By far the best I have seen is Planet Chi O(ECU). I do think all skits are all the same but the way the chapter gets the point across can vary.

Their skit makes you want to get up and dance and be a part of their group, they have everyone in it and the end was to the point.

My old chapter has a First Class KD skit that is the basic jist but on a plane, you board and land, see fun dances and finally end up back at our Chapter where you belong! It was very energetic and catchy, they ended with a KD version on Bootylicious....very cute!

I wish ECU would have a night where we all could go see everyone's skit before recruitment...

Well, I think it would be nice to see all the skits because everyone is so proud of them and I think it would Panhellenicly(sp) nice....a day to rest and lay back maybe.

Well, the KD house is still in the works. The house we showed during Recruitment was a sure thing, we thought....but we have moved on to many more ideas. They should have a plan for the end of Spring! But that picture is now in my living room, it is nice to pretend.

Those women are hard at work, so I have no doubt that the house issue will not hurt too much. Since I am on the House Corp it is my 1st priority to make sure they join the ranks of all the rest strong groups at ECU!

I think the day after, like a Bid Day fest would be fun...I think it would be nice for everyone to see every chapter's skits, since PNMs go to 4 parties(?) that day and cannot see all 9 skits.

Hope ZTA is doing well, one of my closest friends is from your chapter, great girls all around!

It's disappointing that alot GLO's keep the same skits year after year. Doesn't it get a bit boring?

I think the main reason why we keep the same skit (Theta Night Live here

) is because it already takes such a huge effort just to get the same skit together (with different girls) each year, let alone make up an entirely new concept. SO much work goes into preparing for the skit, even though they're relatively short. We're talking skit practices starting MONTHS before rush week, for essentially the same skit we put on the previous year! It's already too much work as it is. And besides, it's not like the rushees have ever seen the skits before even if we all have.

Something new and fresh is nice once in a while. Esp to those seniors who've seen it 4, 5 times
