Morgantown Considers House Party Registration for WVU Frats

Not sure if this would go here but here it is.

WVU was listing as one of the top party schools and the city wants to limit the number of parties the chapters can have.

6 events a semester per fraternity doesn't sound too restrictive. What's that, about one each every 3 weeks?

My alma mater requires registration before "official" house parties and events with alcohol, but doesn't restrict how many can be held. I don't see the point of that. What if a group wants to have a mothers weekend and a fathers weekend?

I believe that any event will be considered a party. Alumni weekends and homecoming would count. I'm just wondering about recruitment.
