On our retreat, we were assigned a sister to write a letter to- not your BFF, but someone you knew well. The letters were about why that woman was a great sister. They were sent via campus mail about a week after the retreat, and were amazing to read. It takes a good deal of planning, but is absolutely worth it.
Another thing we did was take a closer look at our symphony (use your motto or whatever the equivalent is in your GLO) and discussed what we had done as a chapter to follow it and what more we could be doing. We did this is small groups, and came up with some great ideas to improve our chapter.
