Whose Badge is This?

Does anyone recognize which organization this badge represents? I have never seen this one before... of course, the seller's fraternity ID is wrong! Just curious.

It doesn't look like a Theta or a Phi... It looks a little 'Q'ish to me.

Yes, if you look at the back of the pin, the back letter is very "Q" ish.

A quick google suggest Pi Delta Koppa - a nationa high school fraternity - which use crossed swords as their symbol

I like koppa. It's right up there with digamma, heta and sampi and the other archaic local variant letters
