Arrow "Facts of Life" reunion show...

With all the threads about 80s/classic TV shows, I thought I would mention that I recently saw a promo for the "Facts of Life" reunion show. Anyone intrigued by this? Will you tune in (or not)?

I also heard that Nancy McKeon ("Jo") will not appear--she refused to join in on the reunion. Supposedly, the FOL women are reuniting for "Jo's" funeral.

I only got the last half hour or so, but I'll try to fill you in:

Tootie is going by her given name "Dorothy" now. She is a single mom and an actress. She decided to move back to New York to do theatre and enroll her daughter in Eastland.

Blair is married to a guy with the last name Warner (which kind of creeped me out. Her name was Blair Warner Warner.) They got in a big fight because she thought he was having an affair. Turns out he was volunteering at a kids shelter because he loves kids but thought Blair didn't want them. She said she did want kids so they made up and started trying to make babies.

Jo is a cop and married with a daughter. She wasn't on the show but her husband and daughter were. Apparently she was stuck at the precinct and missed the whole show.

Natalie was seeing two men, and had to decide who she wanted to be with. In the end she got engaged to some guy (a reporter maybe.)

And I was totally out of the loop on the whole Mrs. G thing. Someone who saw the whole show will have to fill that one in.

They all came together for Thanksgiving at Mrs. Garret's place. I was a huge TFOL fan but the reunion really kind of sucked (what I saw of it anyway.)

Thanks!

Thanks for the re-cap, Wine&Blue. I have no idea where I saw/read that Jo was dead!

I find it interesting that Jo turned out to be a cop. Though she was tomboyish and did so-called "manly" things (like fix cars and ride a motorcycle), I don't think I would have ever pegged her as a cop.

ANYWAY, thanks again for the recap. I appreciate the 4-11!
