Person Dies After Botched Arctic Rescue

I haven't been able to get this story out of my mind. I can't imagine how painful this was. So sad and I feel sorry for her family. I wonder what the investigation will find beyond the fact that it was an accidental drop.

LONDON — A 73-year-old grandmother who was dropped into freezing Arctic waters during botched rescue attempt has died, British media reported Saturday.
