Is it possible
Is it possible to pledge another fraternity before disaffiliating? Due to recent events I don't have any respect for my current Fraternity.
I was initiated last year.

No. Furthermore, even if you did disaffiliate, most national fraternities I know of will not allow you to pledge.
Think about why you stayed with your current organization for a year, and what you can do to remedy the situation instead of just ditching it.

Probably not. With us, you can't join any other national fraternity or any fraternity on campus but you can join a local fraternity at another institution
