I would go with the black backpack purse. I assume your shoes are black, right? Plus, a backpack purse may get less annoying as the day goes on.

The best I remember we couldn't carry purses or backpacks or anything when we were visiting the houses. The Rho Chi's even carried our keys. But I guess that was just at my school. Good luck tomorrow!! And have FUN!

We weren't allowed to carry the purses into the houses. Our PX gave us ziplock bags and told us to put our stuff in there. She would put them in a big duffel bag to keep them safe while we went into the houses. I guess it's so that PNM's wouldn't be able to steal anything from the houses and cause a rush infraction.

ZTAngel, our Rho Chi's told us the same thing - no purses in rush parties. I always thought it was just so sororities could not make judgements about a rushee simply because she was (or was not) carrying a cute Kate Spade bag. It actually took a little pressure off of us - one less thing to worry about!!

I'm with the others....no purse. If you can, try to stick a lipstick in your pocket discreetly so you can put your lips back on between parties....other than that you shouldn't need to carry anything.
